Wonderful Early Lighting VERMONT MAPLE Nubbies. When I was a little girl my parents would drive us to my grandparents' farm in Vermont. It was a wonderful place with lots of open fields, grazing pastures, dense woods with flowing streams and brooks. I can still remember the men and woman tapping the trees for sap. Oh if I only had all of those sap buckets now!!! I never understood how such a sticky and yucky substance that I always managed to get in my long hair could yield such a wonderful smelling and tasting maple syrup. My memere (french for grandmother) used to make the best food with that maple syrup. My favorite was always the pancakes with the thick homemade syrup. Many years have passed but I can still smell her cooking every now and then. That's why I created my own special blend of ~Vermont Maple~ candle Nubbies. These ~Vermont Maple~ Nubbies are made by me using 100% PURE BEESWAX. Each candle is rolled in my own spice blend to give it a really early settlers' look. These little primitive beauties are so UNIQUE  old looking!! They look like they were crudely made in the early settler's days! These candles will come to you as shown. You get one dozen, each measuring between 1"-2". They look great in a lantern, chamber stick holder or hog scraper. A welcome decoration to any traditional colonial home.
